Hollywood Pending Bets

I seem to remember a posting from Hollywood that they were trying to rectify this awhile ago.
Today I phoned Hollywood to find out when they envisaged the pending bets to come on stream again . After speaking to the helpline desk and then a supervisor ( they dont seem aware of this problem) I thought best to post here as someone from Hollywood always responds here . Not having it now reminds one of how tedious it is to view your bets at present . I really hope that the pending bet display comes back on stream quickly .

I have taken quiet a few doubles with monks hood in the Guinness onto surcharge for the july but bets are no longer showing under pending bets,but the balance does show,do I take it for granted that its there,as I don't want be quitting my job after surcharge wins the july and then being notified that bet is not showing on their system

Try changing the date settings on pending bets. The calendar box - Back to date before you took the bet. That works for me.
Brings up ante post bets I have from earlier in year.
