There is no honour among thieves...when they turn on each other (and they do), then they reveal the skeletons of the other...and that is increasing in the ANC...from being in the high 60% nationally under Mbeki, they will likely be under 50% in 2024...that's progress...not quick enough for our generation but progress no less so we must embrace those small gains...

Current chief thief, Squirrel, and the many other thieves will have their balance sheet balanced...and that happens in various ways, some public, often private...just like everyone else...the one thing no-one escapes...

What a shocking state of affairs if you are a Senior and faced with the daunting task of doing a transfer of ownership on a motor vehicle in Durban.
The current facility for a city as large as Durban with a population of a few million is a single hall less than 80 m2 where hundreds of people are crammed in without any fans or air-conditioning that works.
The Security Guard at the gate looks at faces and lets in people who suddenly have become "dealers", they look more like West African dealers.
And only after strong insistence that there is a facility for Pensioners to fast track the queue does he relent and allow us through.
The closure of the Umgeni licensing bureau has put an enormous strain on this facility at Umbilo.
Down the N2 and about 25kms
South of Durban is another Licensing facility in a small town
that has a population of less than half a million.
Everything is clean and spick and span and the hall is empty.
Though the town has the ND registration as the rest of greater
Durban, they will turn you away even if you are the only person in the queue.
Reason?
You are not residing in the town,
Toti and surrounding areas only can be processed here.

The Min of Transport Mbucks who is known to love to spread Rama, needs to be called to account for the poor state of the Licensing facilities in the 3rd largest city in the country.

Only divine intervention will be able to transform this once beautiful city from it's current Somalia and Ethiopia looking informal centre back to the clean and culturally vibrant city that it used to be in the distant past.

The only government dept that I have been given any decent service is the traffic dept in Centurion.

The dept of home affairs, municipality etc the norm is a shocking attitude towards clients and behind the counter lazy approach. 😴

They all like to toi toi for more money and they deserve nothing IMVHO

The entire infrastructure has been destroyed both physically and mentally.

......ANC all cut from the same cloth....thick as thieves and so they just waffle on.....don't know how accurate the latest reporting is...... but saw an international interview with the Sudanese buffalo purchaser who has the declaration documentation for the $600K he brought into the country through O R Tambo.....how the hell he made it out of the airport without being robbed is a miracle in itself....then he says that he got an invoice from the Phala Phala farm manager who is reported to be now working on another game farm belonging to a family member of Arthur Fraser .....this manager then allegedly stuffed the sofa with cash instead of putting it the in a safe.....

@Muthi,

Let's start by stating the obvious, ALL AFRICANS ARE STUPID. That includes YOU, ME, ABC Bloggers and all ANC Comrades, Cadres and their loyal supporters. Squirrel and the Sudanese Chop are convinced that we will buy their ridiculous story.

So we have a Sudanese businessman who arrives in SA with $600k to purchase real estate. Within 48 hours of arrival, he goes to Phala Phala and decides that he is now going to become a Buffalo Breeder and decides to spend all of his real estate cash to purchase 20 buffalo. It does not get more random than this kak.

If one had a dime for every time a foreigners came to SA to buy real estate and within 48 hours walked into a thoroughbred stud farm or a sales arena and spent all their cash buying live stock ..... you would not have less than a dime to show for it.

The Sudanese brother must give us an affidavit of his movements and actions in SA and it would not take a lot of effort by a competent investigating team to proves that this brother is lying through his teeth. What are the chances of his cellphone(s), his South African poppies cellphone(s), his drivers cellphone, the tracking device on the vehicle that transported them to Phala Phala (you can bet ur bottom dollar that someone that drives a Rolls, a Ferrari and donates R1.4m to the Sudanese Army is not schlepping in a Avis Group A rental) corroborating to his affidavit?

I watched an interview that Paul O Sullivan did with Alec Hogg.

Paul maintains that Cyril was set up.
