Re: Queens Plate Racing Festival, Friday (07) & Saturday (08)
2 years 2 months agoOn such a big occasion, embarrassing is very soft.
Cape Town want to preach to all and sundry how to do cover racing but they do a start from drone, how pathetic
Maybe the start of a 4 mile steeple chase, but ffs, the start of a sprint is the most important and exciting part
They need racing people running production teams!

The gate of the favourite opened, horse refused to jump.Shouldn`t be declared a non-runner.

Two Snaith winners on the first day of the festival 1 being a rocket reserved for this occasion. Will need to improve tomorrow

Those handlers were pulling the tail. Tarry's horse was blatantly held back

Sceptre Stakes full of drama. Sound Of Warning looks like the handler impeded it therefore did not want to jump. Then in stall gate 2, Favorita, never jump with them, supposedly due to Sound Of Warning not jumping in my opinion. Mercury Rising gate definitely opened early and gained an advantage therefore rightly scratched.

Another scary thing to note is that in slow motion, not all gates open at the same width at the same time.

Don't normally tip a full card and usually look for value, but seems like some races are straight forward.
1. BELLE ROUGE
2. WE'RE JAMMING
3. BON BOYAGE
4. REAL GONE KID (AUS)
5. DO IT AGAIN
6. MARINA
7. JET DARK
8. KAPTEIN
9. POLTERGEIST
10. CRIMSON KING

Panel discussion on TT right now, decent panel assembled.
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

I followed Shaeen Shaw after he posted his "nap bet-Gimmie Dat" on his show.
I watched the race live and saw MR win easily.
I was content with 2nd place bet until i saw the replay here and my few rands fortuitous tab balance.
Im at home in a very wet Durbs and very disappointed with Tabgolds nonchalance attitude regarding tote betting for the LQP.
Generally betting is opened for local (mostly GP and sometines other venues)and Aus for early mornings
After logging into my account....only 8 Aus venues available to bet on for the 080122.
my next plea ....is there any website anyone can suggest that has similar live payouts / results to Tabonline?
Tabonline was brilliant because they displayed results based on names of horses for all venues
im also hoping that i recover the few bob i lost on GTraveller last time!!!
