Race 6
Willows Wish is probably one of the better bets today, cracking run over a trip that is way too short for him last time, he will be powering home late in the day and I do make him very hard to beat here.

2 Willow's Wish 1.11 1.25 1.33 1.43 1.52 1.67 1.82
maybe could of even got 22-10 with some

You can read all the form you want but if the bookies nearly double the odds on a supposed good thing then we got a good chance that the horse is not ready to win.
80% of the time they spot on

The treadmill Paul Peter has invested in is really paying dividends when the training tracks are too wet for trainers to do any gallops on.

How does it happen that the bookies more often know more about the horse (well-being and readiness for race and hence chance of running well) than the trainer?

Ask CnC,he will tell you these bookies have ears and eyes everywhere and I'm sure some times pay for the information they get.
And you right,it does seem they actually know more about the horses wellness than the trainer themselves.

@fingers all hail the Mousketeer he has evaded the VAT and prevailed after a long time, I see he has a syndicate now called the Benmag with trainer Mike de Kick at today's Turfontein meeting.
