Swinger 10/11 = R 44.80

Lowest swinger with 10 was with the 5...next lowest was with the 2 and would have paid almost double the 10 and 5...some-one knew something...

I dont have any screen shots saved, but after the running of race 9,I did a rough calculation and there was approx.2500,winning PA tickets with approx PA dividend of R 80,official result declares a dividend of R 65 and 3000 wining tickets.

I doubled up in the PA a couple of times so was surprised, but perhaps i miscalculated.

I went back and checked screen shot,I must have miscalculated, cant even blame the booze

The handicapper’s treatment of Blingking has been interesting. He was klapped with a 10 point rise to 94 when running 4th in the sales race some 7 lengths behind top class Seeking the Stars. He then ran below that in a maiden against open company, but was unusually them dropped immediately to an 86, and then after running 4th in a similar race next time dropped a further 7 points to a 79. I have never seen such leniency from the handicapper- other young horses that get big ratings will often need months and a half dozen or more runs to get dropped a few points, let alone 15 points in two runs. Even more surprising since those two runs were after a layoff and he may well have needed them.
He has not surprisingly now reeled off 4 wins in a row, and only got his first raise after 3 wins despite facile victories at a rating of 79, albeit in conditions races not handicaps.
He again seemed slung in today, and duly won easily. If he doesn’t now get the maximum raise of 8 points ( which just takes him back to his earlier highest achievement) then questions must be asked about why this horse has been treated so kindly compared to others.
For example, we have just retired Twin Falls which has not earned a cheque in nearly a year, and which reluctantly got dropped 1 or 2 points each run despite running 5 lengths behind in handicaps in numerous runs.
