The Proteas could well go out if Gayle continues with his form. After the Proteas posted 229 I gave England little or no chance. Some brilliant attacking batting saw them home. Just one SA bowler let the team down and that was Morris. Why does he always bowl sort. Does he think that he is quick or has he been instructed to bowl short. He has been bowling like this over the past 5 matches. England fully deserved their win as they had a never say die attitude with the bat.

We think that Morris is over-rated (especially as a bowler) but what do we know about cricket ??!! And Faf's decision to give Morris the 18th over when Steyn (though he got clobbered early on is still a vastly more experienced bowler) had two overs left, Rabada had one and Abbott had one...we need a shaking head emoji...

Agree that SA will be on the brink of elimination if Gayle whips up a(nother) storm....

Not defending any of the SA seemers, but my attack is aimed at the selectors..... Maybe I am watching a different tournament to what they are currently playing in, but the one I am watching, every team that has won has atleast 2 front line spinners with atleast 1 more part timer.... Phangiso is not a world beater, BUT why take a player to a country where spin is king and you are not willing to play him? I'm not a fan of his in the slightest and obviously neither is faf and co.... The selectors are too scared to let a "major" player sit on the sidelines (Steyn) even with the previous results clearly proving you won't often win with only 1 spinner......

IMHO Steyn is done. Would not come as a surprise if he retires from test cricket soon and only play the one day stuff then go on and play the 20/20 leagues around the world

I don't know what to say...... Maybe the selectors kinda read abc lol.... They drop Steyn for wiese.... Once again I must be watching a different tournament.... I'm sure our batting was not the problem last game... It was our bowling.... So they drop Steyn for Wiese..... Yes I am glad they have the balls to drop a big name, but why drop him for another seemer when you playing in the sub continent...... Really blows my mind.....

can the Proteas defend the 205? If they dont then they all might as well jump on the next available plane back to SA.

what a start by Afghanistan. Proteas had better start bowling full otherwise this could be over within 18 overs 17/0 already

These are supposed to be high class International bowlers yet they continue to bowl short on Indian wickets. Did they not learn form the England match. This is going to end in tears
