Can't wait to hear what the two resident cricket experts,Chicken and Craig think of that.
Bit of a difference playing Bangladesh compared to Australia I think,or am I wrong.
I'm not up to date on Bangladeshi cricket,are they a top 5 team or lower.

Appears that SA cricket are trying to keep up with the rugby side.248 against Bangladesh is just not good enough. At least they will have another bat so lets wait and see. Appears that without AB they are pretty ordinary.

they have taken the whole Bangladesh tour way to lightly and are now paying the price ..you cannot go into a test series without playing any kind of 3 or 4 day warm up matches ..total arrogance

It also didn't help that the team decided to tour during Ramadam / Eid, they've been cooped up in their hotel for three days and had two practice sessions before today's play. It showed.

Bangladesh are the second worst Test side in the rankings (Zim are the wooden spoonists) and we've taken them way too lightly. The coach has spoken of this as a 'transition' period with the new opener and AB missing. But in reality we still have Hash, Faf, Steyn, Philander, Morkel, De Kock and Duminy so I can't see how it's a massive change from our regular Test side.

Hopefully we get back into the game tomorrow. Steyn needs four wickets to join the 400 club so hopefully he strikes early.

its the final of the qualification for the next 20/20 wc. Win or lose they have made it to Bangladesh for the wc. Bring on the Proteas
