Not just because he is scoring runs today, but Jos Butler really is one of the most talented cricketers going around world cricket today. He would be in my team any day of the week.

England 12/5 for the win now. Looking at the pitch if England get a lead of around 170 then they could well win as its starting to crack up

See that England have recalled the South African boy Jennings to their team for tomorrows 2nd Test against Pakistan. He looked pretty good against India but not so against the Proteas last year. He should make runs as his form in county cricket this season has been good.

What has happened to Hameed? What I saw of him, he looked solid as an opener at such a tender age... I would be backing him if I was in the England hotseat.... Was not impressed with Jennings tbh.

Scotland playing England at the Grange in Edinburgh on Sunday. Should be sold out, all 25 people and a few dogs and stray cats. Weather forecast is fine.
