posted with a caution.....a mate of mine's son is a broker and is climbing in buying Steinhof shares.....
he recons/calculated asset value in event of liquidation is around R25/share......FFS I warned.....you don't know this oke that ran the the show.....the assets could also have been overstated and that is why he is in the DWANG.... :S

The Viceroy report into SNH proposes at worst an adjusted net income for 2017 from 1.2b euros to 200 million euros. That may only be 1.4% of the current market cap but it is still a positive amount. Well, that’s how I interpret it.
