The problem is that he's probably going to win the jockeys championship as Moreira is not riding to his usual ability.
Got to say if I first saw Moreira ride the last month or so I would say he's nothing special at all but we all know how good he is.

JM has opened the card & Purton should hit back with My Sugar on Race 2.
JM has some nice types throughout the card; if he gets serious he can cut the lead today.

All day every day,except for the last few months,Moreira would have won on the favorite in a finish like that.
Now he even finds two too good for him.
He's so not riding to his full ability and doesn't have that same zest in a finish as he once had.
What you reckon the problem is?
Hell I don't want to see Zack 'I can mess up anything' Purton win the championship.

Never have I seen a horse have so many problems and still run like that.

Missed the break.
Jockey rushed him then had to run a bit wide.
Came maybe 6 to 10 wide into the straight.
Ran on very strongly and started to lug in.
Jock changed his whip and then started to run out.
He moved up so strongly but just died the last 100m as he had to peak on his run as he was asked to do so much.

Magic Man booked to ride the blackbooker tomorrow on Race 6. Not sure why Vincent Jo lost the ride though its not first time JM & Zac always pick these penalty kicks and do kick them like Baggio.
