Apologies for the silly question, but if a player is out injured, does your reserve automatically come into play, or do you have to make a change?

The reserves also score points the entire season to cover for players who have short term injuries or who have been dropped or suspended. Prior to the January transfers we could replace long term injured players but no longer as the season only has 13 weeks left
