At the South African games,she won the 200,400,800 and 1500 on the same day.Shes married to another woman and you think there's no question marks about her sex..There was a female weightlifter who had the same genetic problem and she stood up to take a wee.

Whatever her situation is, she did not choose it, and it's up to the authorities to figure it out.
