EK you would think it would be the right thing to do. Why dont they though. Cheaper in the long run.

craig you worked in the uk - do the jockeys get special transport to meetings paid for by the clubs? Also we know this transport problem has been on going for years - surely the JASA should have protested and enforced change?

Jocks on the whole make the own way to the tracks,but with most young jocks attached to yards they will more likely travel with the Trainer or Horse box.A lot of top Jocks have drivers or as JP and Ryan done car share

Mr H Bob exactly right in what he wrote. They get thier own way there and share lifts or some top guys have drivers. Nothing sponsored that I knew about.

Some even have their own pilots

perhaps that's why the Jock's Ass does not get the riders to strike for better service as P might just tell them to catch another bus?

Both guys seem to be on the mend,JP is just waiting for headache to ease before being released..
