Jamaicans will rule Mens and Ladies sprinting.......most probably the relay's as well.

Really looking forward to Olympic Trials later this month. My favorite meet. I saw the world's first 7 foot high jump at the Trials in 1956 in Los Angeles. I was 13 and I idolized the winner, Charlie Dumas.

Bolt wins in Oslo 9.79 but this time only 0.5m ahead of Powell 9.85. But the pair thrashed 3rd place Clarke in 10.10 I think.
