@Mac - the BHA does use lower numbers and has Frankel rated 140

For those who are lucky enough to get to Newmarket Frankel's gallop is still on. He will work alongside, guess whom, Bullet Train.. The jockeys will wear silks, the horses with numbered saddle cloths and Frankel will be led straight into the winner's enclosure
