Can't get much worse for Dettori!

The guy working with me a few weeks ago ,had a few beers at lunch and a couple of puffs of black and started talking shite and making mistakes.His feet never touched the floor on the way out...

That was without having to control a powerful animal...

TommyH - you may not be far from the truth.... Dettori's solicitor was quoted as follows, yesterday:

"There are a large variety of substances which are banned by France Galop," Dettori's solicitor, Christopher Stewart-Moore, told the BBC.

"We are not going to say which substance he has tested positive for as that would be in breach of their rules, but it's not a performance-enhancing drug."

If it is not performance enhancing, then it stands to reason that it is a recreational drug.

It is *rife* in every racing jurisdiction, in every quarter...

There has been a story in the uk racing circles for years about substance abuse. The wives are even more guilty, some have had to have medical procedures abroad to avoid stories here.
