What amazes me is that it appears to be OK if done on the Tote but not fixed odds betting??

I can't understand why they have been negative against bookmakers and ABC for the same reasons, the normal clause would be " responsible gambling and no incentive to encourage people to punt"
Wish they had caught me when 16 years old :(
