Wow, track inspection and it hasn't even rained all that much - why not move the false rail in rather than considering abandoning the meeting. Greyville must have a really poor surface if it can't withstand this rain.

even that would not cause the track to break up....experts using incorrect layering of sand and sand types to cause this....IMO...mistake soil and carpeting....thinking it's something that can be re-layed when you feel like it.....
