listen i am fat actually the correct term is morbidly obese

the thing is i have tried everything to lose weight , diets, working out, eating less, i have even tried one pipe up the sphincter with luke warm water. nothing helps

dont know what to do anymore.....my wardrobe consists of clothes ranging from
medium
to the underpants i got for my birthday today which are 4 xl

my wardrobe is like a department store i cater for most sizes and some stuff still not worn and with labels.

so help me , how did you remain so thin....surely it cant only be AIDS there has to be something else???()
