Will seat belts be mandatory? and I think the horses should all have to have "fog lights" fitted so those coming from the back don't run up their @rses, and a distance of 5 metres from the inside rail should be made into a "hard shoulder" as too many have been trying to overtake on the inside and found themselves behind three-wheeler bangers seemingly goiing backwards.

Could be that Bloodshot to be banned from all Cape courses as he is a bad influence! And tha Madji also banned for being to violent. Apparently Vodka and Baseball bats are not a good mix to have at Cape meetings!
