I hear Boswell Wilkie is suing Phum. They maintain one first has to register to operate as a circus.

on a serious note - Phum should take note that the Circus is a thing of the past and lost all its charm since the days when it was the only "entertainment" of its type. Just like drive-inns and ice rinks - if you cannot keep the crowds you go down!!
