Old Bob seems still seems pretty coltish for such an old nag...highly strung etc. Wonder if it's too late to consider gelding???
I would say that he was badly ridden in this last race...up with the pace all the way and only faded late.
Usually he starts slowly and comes with a miraculous late run to win going away...so much so that one tends to think that he was high on some illegal substance...
