I have not read all the posts today but surely Jocks trainers bookies other vendors etc need to be compensated by Phumelela for loss of earning.

Jocks going to PE cant be in two places. Out of town jocks/ Trainers

Owners who took time off for the or came from out of town etc.

Transport costs for the private establishments.

Apparently the slots area (Silks) at Turfontein was lit, buzzing, bells ringing.
No problem there (obviously generator working).
One doesnt have to guess where the priorities lie !

Would someone (who Phumelela/RA listen or talk to) be kind enough to find out if load shedding is due for tomorrow in the Turfomntein area and inform these sorry souls accordingly.
Oh yes, and while you about it, could you remind them to sort out the generator, just in case.

Next lights out is expected on sat from 10 until 2 as per city power.co.za, I see they have canceled all my bets A thought the pa stands?

Lol not all p problem! Today! The generator gave notice today. Was working until 15 before the first race! But have heard they have new ones to be fitted in the morning! Anyway does anyone know what time the races will start? Would like to go to the tba as well?
