Has the Judge, in her own way, found him guilty of Culpable Homicide? She has moved on to the arms counts so I think she has(If you can get that from where she left off yesterday)

Surprised that ,if you fire bullets through a door, knowing that there is at least one UNKNOWN person behind that door, you are guilty of nothing more than negligence?????

On the one Firearms charge ,it will cost OP a few bob.
Yesterday I met a policewoman officer with lots of braid(Probably a Captain) and we got chatting and she said she wouldn't be surprised if he got a suspeneded sentence.

That seems to be the opinion of everything I have read and heard and the judge's ruling does seem to be a very unique interpretation on that aspect of murder!
