I believe his two important lines in the pedigree are Foreign Courier to Lalun(La Troienne) - a line that will compliment any mares with Sadler's Wells lines, Mill Reef and more importantly Shirley Heights and Darshaan. The added Dalmary(close kin to La Troienne) line through Erica Fragrans confirms this with Cape Cross taking a liking to mares with lines of Never Bend.
He is from the 14c family female line too, so adding the same lines to this pedigree will be of benefit too - notably Crepello
