Ackermann off to the UK at end of the Super Rugby season. Big blow for the Lions.

Can't blame him - and one would hope that there will be a suitable 'hand-over' process to the new incumbent - and imo the current assistant (can't recall his name right now) must have a good chance of landing the job ?

So while not ideal, it will hopefully not have that big an impact

I did not watch the game, but all my mates (I only have Sharks and Stormer mates) say the Sharks were robbed

However, the best team in the competition also lost on Saturday... Cheetahs. Gonna be a looong season for me

That was the greatest robbery since the great train in August of 1963

like many robberies it was as inside job – the perpetrators were the sharks themselves - do they have muscles for brains?
the disallowed try – you cannot clean out a ruck by pulling on an opponent’s head and neck (despite brosnihan’s query “what are you supposed to do?” – easy answer, not around the head and neck).
The yellow card (after FOUR head high tackles) – again a shark with his hands around an opponent’s neck. – then the Lions score 2 quick tries.

don’t blame it on the ref
