I have deposited money into my account i have recieved a confirmation email from hollywood that it has been approved and i have recieved and sms to say the money Hs come off my bank account but still nothing is reflected on my hollywood account. I have sent an email to hollywood and they have asked me for proof of payment which i do not get because i have done a online deposit via the hollywood website
