Surely the jockey should have the final say as it is he/she who has to ride the horse and if he/she does not feel that the horse is right then that should be that.

Stopped of at SunCoast. Took 45 mins to fall in for 70k, & all this time to get most of it back. In Umhlanga for another week or so....
