Rule 72.1.12 –
In that he conducted himself in an improper manner by assaulting a Riding Master from the South African Jockey Academy, who is a licensed official, after the running of the 9th Race.
Fined R50 000.00 of which R20 000.00 is suspended for a period of 3 years.
Furthermore, his Trainer's license is cancelled for a period of 3 years.
This cancellation is wholly suspended for a period of 3 years on condition that he is not found guilty of a contravention of Rule 72.1.25 during this period.

Assault someone and you get a suspended sentence .This country has no laws anymore .
