To add this whole Hollywood critique:

For the most part they’re just fine.

However, the constant delays with deposits and bet settlement became too much. 3-6 hour delays on instant eft deposits etc. Having to email in or wait 2-3 hours for bets to be settled.

To top it all off , they had this weird setup whereby their live in- play section was a separate website/wallet from t he main site. This live in-play section was beset with issues and would often go down without warning, leaving funds stuck in there without being able to transfer it out. Withdrawals can only be done from the main website.

With all these books, the margins they’re running on these new lucky numbers and live casino games far outstrips that if the sportsbook. Whether it plays a role in affecting a wanting sports product is up for debate.

Eventually just closed the account and left some pending outrights/futures on there. This after years and years and years of using Hollywood almost exclusively.

Dev’s always been a star and a couple of guys in the trading team were quick to help with settlement on certain sports.

Withdrawals from my experience were always very nippy and arrived within hours of requesting them. This was a plus. Live chat needs work, been told some wild things on there, which I’d rather not mention in this post.

I’m an age of automation and seamless UI though, there were too many stumbling blocks for the me as a customer.

Yesterday's Soccer6 and Soccer4 exotics are still pending despite the TAB having declared dividends @10:30 this morning.

The call center agents promised to escalate and revert back to me but I'm still waiting for my acc to be credited.

The above is testimony of incompetence and arrogance towards patrons.

Switched to WSB after many years with HW. Amazing support, at midnight I had access to a real person that resolved my queries via the live chat.

I can now access support at any time, restrict my daily spend, close my account or take a time out, all without the bs of hand written signed letters etc that HW asks for.
Received R150 in freeplay after a month to boot, no conditions. 😁

Just so much better.

The system is sleeping as well. Can't strike any bet on Australia jackpots. Error timed out message on all 3 sites

I'm not sure if my bets have gone through.
Says accepted but balance stays the same and bets are not showing on the pending bets side.
Logged out and logged in but still nothing.
Anyone else having the same problem?

...and yes they have...but ever so f@cking frustrating to log in and out to correct these odd little glitches...only punting with them as it is HK today and one can take smaller swingers below the tote 3X multiple also one can pick up a Blue voucher with cash 24/7 at most petrol stations and load it before the birds start chirping...:dry: .
