I am reading all the issues the guys are posting here, and whilst I don't necessarily disagree with them - The customer care chat and helpline are not always the most helpful, copy and paste answers the majority of the time, and getting a unique response is like pulling teeth, I feel it imperative at this stage to ground the discussion in that, the fact that we are able to create a topic on this site and get such speedy feedback from a guy as busy as Devin is, is testament to the consumer focused mindset HWB has, and well done to them for it
