1) Our results system is experiencing issues with results going through slowly, and in turn causing a lag in results and balances updating on accounts. Hence why the delay in you receiving payouts.
2) Price changes are not reflecting immediately on our site and in turn causing errors when trying to strike bets. Please attempt to accept the odds changes.
3) We are unable to access client accounts and assist with queries.
4) Please use the new mobisite on your desktop and phone to get your bets on: mob.hollywoodbets.net

Our team is doing everything possible to get the system back to 100%. The current projected time is in 45 minutes - 12h00. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Dev thank you for the update - Clearly the Upgrade was not much of an upgrade, and hope we can get back to normality soon, considering the downgraded system held up on Kings Plate day, whereas the upgrade couldn't handle a Fairview weekday meeting in the middle of Januworry.

Dev this price change issue is not just a current one, and your IT team needs to take accountability to fix it. This has been highlighted many times before, and them asking us to just accept the updated prices is crazy.
The odds are what makes people decide to bet. If we see Charles Dickens at 2/1 we will have a bet, but then the price changed to 3/10, should we then just restudy the field in an instant and determine if 3/10 is okay?

I 100% agree with you in terms of the price you see, but It is an issue that I have to make customers aware of.

In terms of the upgrade, it is been pertinent we do it, and unfortunately there will always be issues that cannot be accounted for. We understand the frustration, and we feel it even more. Our goal is to lay bets and provide an efficient platform to do so. I assure you we have everyone working on it.

With regards to the latest update from our team, our system has caught up with regards to the lag and delay in results. However reports are there are still intermittent delays on some markets.

The price change issues are still persisting. The team are still working on this. - last update 12h30.
