Perhaps I can get some answers here as the chat hasn't been much help and the call centre number says it doesnt exist.
I turned my deposit bonus 4x as per the ts and cs and have some funds to withdraw to my main wallet however I have 2 active tickets expiring after the expiry time and am now being told that I wont be able to move anything from the bonus funds the the main account and all funds will expire..
1: how can you allow the customer to bet on something thats after expirty if its going to null and void the bonus? Especially considering if you try and have 2 bets on one soccer match or one horse race it doesnt allow you to, surley it should not allow you to bet on an event thats past expiry
2: where in the ts and cs does it state that betting on something thats after expiry will null and void your whole bonus if you manage to turn it?
3: after being robbed like this I would like to withdraw my main deposit I did plus the few rands I won however you will not allow me to because I must turn my whole deposit once as well.
This is daylight robbery at its finest. I would like to withdraw my remaining bonus funds to my main account considering ive met the turning clause Alternatively an arrangement must be made that my deposit can be withdrawn. How can I reach someone higher up at betway to assist me?
