Internet service

Have noticed that coupled with loadshedding,getting very poor performance from Mweb as service provider!
Thought it was normal,but just got an I-pad with the Safari/4G browser.

Amazed that it is far superior to my Telkom (at best)/Explorer service!

4g not expensive ?

I have just changed everything to Telkom.

From Mweb (internet) and Vodacom (cellular).

Now I have a 10meg line, 50 +50 gig data, signal extender, 2 x 1gig mobile data (1 to insert in the router when power is off/ load shedding and one for the my-fi router to carry around with you if needed.

The package comes with 2 x 100 min mobile minutes. I gave one to my wife and ported my existing number to the other sim. Calls to Telkom mobile are free and costs 79c per minute (per second billing) to all other networks. Excellent deal,I think.

Unlimited anytime Telkom to Telkom fixed line usage.

Costs R899.00 per month for everything.... and oh, it comes with a free DSTV Explorer decoder
