I would think four times before giving Telkom a shot.
barring initial problems with getting someone to actually call me from telkom to convert to LTE i find that service is excellent(the telkom agents and helpdesk are however dismal). However after 4 months of having the service i still get weekly calls from telkom agents trying to SELL ME A SERVICE that i already have. Each time they call I tell them I've already been assisted and they apologise and promise to remove me from their leads but still I receive the calls!!
