Sow far i have known that if a person makes of it a business then a person needs a licence? Bob am i correct ? Or have the law changed on it lol

When i ran andrewfortune.co.za we never had a license..and had Striker , Andrew, Gav Venter and Garth Puller all covering the various Provinces, ran for over a year with no problems so I doubt very much that one needs a license...however having insult immune syndrome is a big help...

Not sure if you need a license, but unlike just punting your tips, you will need to pay income tax

Maybe thats what OTA was talking about , you guys had a tote affiliate on Andrew`s site
