Buick @ 12/1, Pierre @ 7/1. seems tricky interesting day. The Tom Marquand lady gets a penalty kick that look smart and might be smashed to 6/10 at the post imo. My long shot MM Johhny shed a bit of weight and hopes it will run well at 80/1.

Hollywood please be organised, no Happy Valley betting

Hoping for Pierre-Charles Boudot. Horses seem to run for him. He had an incredible Breeders Cup.

Surprised a bit to see Will Buick back in HK.
Last time ,as I recall he got a lengthy ban!

good racing today. Joao Moreira a master at Happy Valley (not so at Shatin where he is merely very good) .... so at 11/2 not a bad option for Jockey Challenge. For me Mickael Barzalona @ 25/1 gets my R20 ... after the first two races he will be 11/2 ... mark my words.

Vincent Ho always provides good value in swingers etc. but not for me today. And based on my post earlier.... and looking at the first race today at Kenilworth... the following double was a no-brainer...

Zac won, and picked up a cool ZAR 1 bar for his troubles. Amazing, this guy rides like shit against the normal riders there, but upped his game so much against the big guns. Home track advantage definitely played a massive part, as Moreira also came second.
