Seemingly JM got 3 penalty kicks, in first 2 legs of the jackpot i agree, but the last i'm disputing that. It might be any easy jackpot if you get the right one on third leg. JM is 4/10 to win the JC but for me its a no bet, maybe his double on Race 7 & 8 has value that taking a JC bet.
Other exotics are tough especially the Triple Trio legs (Race 4, 5 & 6), no wonder the bet pays 6 figure dividends week in week out.

Thats why i would say penalty kicks , they are missed too though you have a huge chance to score.

Whenever I watch HK racing it comes across as if the horses can do so much more in the last 100 metres. Jockeys certainly don’t appear to be working over time to get their mounts finishing like they should.
