I am sure you are aware that GOLDEN SIXTY runs today and I feel 8/10 is reasonable.

I am sure you also aware the horse won 16 races on the bounce before its last shock defeat.

I'm pessimistic especially at 8/10 which seems overpriced. Not sure if he will easily demolish this field over 2000m, last time he laboured to beat Furore over same distance. I think he has peaked his career and will start losing races.
I will just watch and not banker in my exotics.

And now Luke beats Lyle with a huge 45/1 outsider.

When Teetan started off he also never had the good horses but always had winners. Now he is in their top 5. Van Niekerk also had numerous winners before his indiscretion.

Its hard to believe two months ago Golden Sixty won at the International Meeting and now has lost two in a row. Has Golden Sixty degressed so much in under two months.

Maybe tactically he needs to be closer. His style of running from coming way off the pace might have caught up with him.

Then we have Purton.
Ok he did get the odds on home this time but so far he has ridden 7 favorites for one win and 3 places.
Now watch him bring the last favorite home,you know how it works.

...somehow these horses in HK reach their peak soon at 5YO. Last time we had Beauty Generation who used to romp at 2/10 and would mantain the losing streak till retirement. Its not child play to win consistently. How did Winx, Frankel, Black Caviar etc do it?
