Thanks. She will become one of the best sprinters in years to come. She has really impressed in Europe this year and will be hard to beat in Rio next year

Well done Wayde van Niekerk on his silver in the 400m, beaten only by reigning Olympic Champion, Kirani James, who is the next best thing since Michael Johnson.

Well said it was a great performance, not many athletes can compete with Kirani for 350m

ps when will SA catch Scotland in the medal table :whistle:
