Agree...good win by him and a great win by Caster Semenya...two athletes we can be proud of with the Olympics so close !!

World champion Wayde van Niekerk claimed the gold in the men’s 400m with a time of 44.19 at the IAAF Diamond League meeting in Rome.
SA’s Caster Semenya won the women’s 800m race with a world-leading time of 1:56.64 at the IAAF Diamond League meeting in Rome.
SA’s Sunette Viljoen took home the gold medal in the women’s javelin with a throw of 61.95m at the IAAF Diamond League meeting in Rome.

I see Wayde ran the 3rd fatest 300m time ever this weekend, strengthening his chances at Rio even though it was less than his ideal 400m event. Scheppers is another one who looks really hard to oppose in both the 100 and 200m events.
