A better promotion would be to get your stake back in free bets if you rider is disqualified for taking drugs.

Peter Sagan has been disqualified after elbowing Mark Cavendish in the closing stages of Stage 4. Cavendish has been forced to retire from the race. Not nice to see in any sport, correct punishment given IMO.

This however throws the race for the green jersey wide open.
