This Gerda Steyn probably has the best running action i have ever seen from a woman.... Absolutely fantastic running style to watch...

Thoroughly enjoyed the mens race , lead went from one to the other just before polly shorts , was great to watch. The Japanese athlete that finished 3rd looked shocked when they showed him his finishing position :lol:
