5 GREAT BETS ON THE RUGBY WORLD CUP

The 2023 Rugby World Cup kicks off on Friday night 8 September, when hosts France clash with New Zealand in Paris, and TAB4Racing will operate an exciting range of five bets on this great tournament.

Two of the bets will close when the opening match gets under way:

Tournament Winner (Win bet): Pick the country you reckon will win the Rugby World Cup and have a bet. Use the number allocated to each of the participating teams to bet.
Final 4 (Quartet Box): Pick the four countries you think will progress to the semi-finals of the competition.
Two of the other three bets will be offered on selected matches:
Try Scorer (Jackpot): The bet comprises four legs and to win the jersey numbers of the players who score the first and last tries for each of the two teams must be selected.
Super 6 (Pick 6): This bet will initially focus on the Springboks in their matches, but can be applied to any one team going forward. There are six legs to the bet:
> Select the jersey number of the player to score the Springboks’ first try of the match.
> Select the jersey number of the player to score the Springboks’ last try.
> How the Springboks score for the first time in the match - try, penalty etc.
> Total points scored in the game, choosing from seven ranges of points.
> Margin by which the Springboks win or lose (options include a draw).
> Number of successful conversions, drop kicks and penalties by the Springboks.
The other bet in TAB4Racing’s rugby menu is Rugby 8 Win Margin (Pick 8 ), which comprises eight matches and will only be offered when there are suitable fixtures. To win the bet, the winning team and margin of victory in each game must be predicted (a draw is included in the points’ options).

The Tournament Winner and Final 4 bets on the Rugby World Cup are already open - simply go to www.tab4racing.com and tap or click on the rugby icon on the top menu bar.

The other three bets will be available on matches this weekend with Try Scorer and Super 6 offered on the All Blacks-Springboks clash at Twickenham in London this Friday night. Rugby 8 Win Margin will also be offered this weekend and will close at the start of the New Zealand-South Africa game at 20:30.

Please note that tonight represents a “soft launch” of these three bets in order to iron out any software glitches that may arise. Everybody is welcome to play the bets, but pools, and consequently payouts, are likely to be small. To play any of the bets go to www.tab4racing.com
