For me he will remain the arrogant poephol he proved himself to be here on the forum. Calling the wrong horse a winner in Zim is not gonna enhance his "I'm the best race caller in the world" claims.

Maybe he must stick to the action and leave the side shows?

dynasty you are an ignorant and arrogant person.
i listened today to nicco (really a nice guy)but a shit comentator.
Smiley is lengths better than what you heard today and all he needs is some practise after being out so long.
Smiley is not a bad guy.
give him a chance dont be the judge and the hangmaster in one.

Agreed on Smiley.
Loose cannon, difficult type or whatever, he may well be, but he remains a good commentator.

With the Trojan horse heading menacingly towards KZN, Lord Basel donning all these new caps/crowns, surely there is a gap for Smiley.
Give him a chance to prove himself again.

do whats best for racing and that is to bring smiley back...he is 50 divisions better than nico after race merchant i know everything kritsiotis..but there is a certain clique who decides on who presents and who commentates so i doubt we shall hear smiley...the mediocrity will continue

Always was fond of Smiley,loved his chirps inside the final furlong, but certain bookies were not that impressed?
