Lets rename the computerform sprint

Now that buddy has past on sadly , why not rename the computerform sprint in his honour?just a thought. What do you guys think?

great idea and as has been said before on this site before we have to honour our legends...i remember reg passmore passing away and to this day gold circle have never honoured him..

I must concure good idea - Cannot let this Legend be forgotten - Difficult though as Computaform would loose their race - Maybe create another Gr 1 Sprint Race in his honour

Why would they loose out computerform can still sponsor it just call it the "computerform Buddy maroun memorial sprint" or something to that effect?

Also a letter to the Sporting Post mailbag might be an idea.

Buddy will always be remembered as a great trainer of sprinters and there is surely no better way to honour him.
