Chelation therapy

I know its not a horseracing issue but as our industry can create stress and as we age, cholesterol and heart conditions are always a danger, i am taking the liberty of posting this as a separate thread (also on Ampie Calitz thread).

While we chat about blocked arteries, there is an alternative treatment to angiogram or bypass surgery.

Its called chelation (therapy).

Painless, hassle-free and effective, it involves a series of treatments on a drip where the chelating agent (EDTA - Ethylenediaminetetraacetic - an amino acid) removes heavy metals from the body and dillutes the fatty plaque from the blocked arteries.

There are a few homeopaths who practise this. Legal, but obviously not condoned by traditionalists.

Wonder why the “traditionalists” do not condone it.

Perhaps because the evidence in favour consists of anecdotes, testimonials, and poorly designed experiments.

Dont have to read anything when talking about personal experience and seen the painless, trauma-free cure myself countless times.

Fingers, do you honestly believe the multi-billion industry that is angio-plasty, heart bypass etc will sit back and allow their empire to be threatened by a couple of alternative medicine practitioners, without trying to discredit them and their natural cures ?

Exactly!

Based on “personal experiences.”

These wankers use it in autism as well.

Do you know how many deaths have occurred during “therapy” due to heart arrest because of sudden hypocalcemia? Can you imagine these wankers running around trying to figure out what went wrong now?

People can choose.

Personally, i prefer to having the EDTA drip than having my chest sawed open.

Fair enough, people can choose.
But making an informed choice in this instance is even more important than in punting horses.
So do yourself a favour and read
