A stupid question.
Do you choose the 10 best horses in S.A or do you choose 10 out of the 4 catogeries which makes it 40 horses.

Ben you choose a total of 10 horses from the four categories. You are not limited by how many from each categories so can choose all 10 from 1 category if you want.

Rumya, Schiffer and Black Toga will also not take part in the Champions Season.

Update:

Sorry - Schiffer will likely miss Scottsville meeting, although very small chance she could still run there, but she could come back in a small race after that and then take part in latter Champions Season events.

Black Toga likely to miss Guineas and Daily News but could come back after that.
