Looks like the bookies are taking no chances, six favourites evens or shorter, three between 12/10 and 16/10 and the biggest price favourite on the day 33/10. I have never seen betting like this on such a big race day. Are they expecting a tough day at the office?

Yep
Take all the short prices in the first 4 races and add the CURRENT 2nd favourite in the 5th.
I say current 2nd favourite cos she will be fav come race time.

a payday is coming...

It's my type of card but could cause some serious open wallet surgery if things don't go to plan

The bookies got smashed the last big day in Jozi...to make matters worse MDK had a double in Dubai.

I think the odds are ridiculous - but won't complain too much as having the favorites so short sure present value when you look past them (tu)

Dev, this is not the official thread for Saturday's meeting, i was just commenting on the betting. You might want to post this again when Saturday's thread is started.
