pick and pay

II need some advise.I was shopping at Olivedale Pick and pay when i slipped and fell .HAVEsome bruises and what else might crop up later.When i called for the manager he was not interested in me or my problem,rfused at first to give me his full name.HE THEN STARTED TO VERBALLY ABUSE ME and said i must get the hell out of his store and to never come back.Ihave given the sort story here.The reason why i fell was because there was water lying on the floor.Isthere anyone on the forum with some advise

Tangles,Pick and Pay in my experience the worst when it comes to service and customer attitude. Report the matter to head office along with the name of the so-called branch manager, statements from witness'. Go to your doctor,get an analysis of your injuries, see an attorney and sue the bastards.

And remember "there's a friendly SPAR wherever you are".
